STEMME - also known as GU Women in STEM - is Georgetown University's student-run organization to support women in science, technology, engineering, and mathematics. We aim to foster a community of STEM women at Georgetown by offering a relaxed and fun environment to learn about research on and off campus, providing professional resources for those wishing to work in STEM fields after graduation, and promoting mentorship and a social community around shared interests. STEMME also hopes to engage with those outside of Georgetown by working with kids in science in DC schools, and we would love to hear of any outreach opportunities.

Please see our events page to find out what we have planned for the coming year, and check back periodically for updates!
